The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may state that the CD Title, Chapter, and Time are displayed at the bottom of the DVD screen and the customer cannot remove the display.
Recommendation/Instructions:
While playing an audio or DVD disc, press and hold the Set Up Button to display and/or to remove the track and time information. The Set Up button is located (on the DVD player) four buttons to the left of the button that is labeled "SRCE". For the most up to date information on the DVD buttons, please consult the owner's manual.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
