Rear Seat Cushion Frame Replacement 60/40 Split - 50/50 Split

1. Remove the seat cushion trim cover (8) and the pad (7). Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .



2. Remove the bolts from the hinge assembly, if equipped with folding seats.
3. Remove the seat cushion frame (5).

1. Install the seat cushion frame (5).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




2. Install the bolts to the hinge assembly, if removed.

Tighten
Tighten to 7 N·m (61 lb in).

3. Install the seat cushion trim cover (8) and the pad (7). Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .

Rear Seat Cushion Frame Replacement Bench

1. Remove the seat cushion and cover. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
2. Remove the bolt (1) from the seat belt anchor.
3. Remove the bolt (2) from the hinge assembly.
4. Remove the seat cushion frame.
5. Transfer all necessary parts over to the new cushion frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the seat cushion frame.
2. Install the bolt (2) to the hinge assembly.

Tighten
Tighten the hinge bolt to 53 N·m (39 lb ft)

3. Install the bolt (1) to the seat belt anchor.

Tighten
Tighten the seat belt anchor bolt to 53 N·m (39 lb ft)

4. Install the seat cushion and cover. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
