Rocker Panel Molding Replacement Z-71

1. Remove the 10 push-pins.
2. Slide the molding upward in order to disengage the molding.
3. Remove the molding from the vehicle.

1. Install the molding. Ensure that the inner side lip of the molding is seated along the length of the retainer.
2. Install the push-pins.

Rocker Panel Molding Replacement Utility

1. Open the front and rear side doors.
2. Remove the rear door. Refer to Rear Door Replacement in Doors.



3. Pry with a suitable tool at the rocker panel molding section (2) to release tape.
4. Pry at sections (4) to release spring clips from the rocker panel molding.
5. Remove the rocker panel molding (3) from the vehicle.

1. Install the rocker panel molding (3) to the vehicle.
2. Align the spring clips (4) to the vehicle.
3. Press at sections (4) to secure the rocker panel molding to the vehicle.
4. Remove the tape backing (2) and press firmly on the rocker panel molding.
5. Install the rear door. Refer to Rear Door Replacement in Doors.
