The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may state that the heated portion of the heated/cooled seats are Inoperative or shut off in two seconds.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If you experience this concern, check for loose, bent, or backed out terminals at connector C305 under the right front passenger's seat. If a concern is found, repair the terminals/connection as needed.
Note: There have been some reports in the field, that terminal A11 (Dk Green wire) is not full seated into connector C305
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
