Did you perform the RTD Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Step 2

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Real Time Damping

Verify the fault is present.

Does the system operate normally?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 3

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
3. With a scan tool, in IPC , command the SERVICE RIDE CONTROL message ON.

Does the message come on when commanded?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

Replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 6

Replace the ESC module. Refer to Electronic Suspension Control Module Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 6

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

System OK
