Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  4. Using J 38185 slide the hose clamp down the hose to remove the hose.

  5. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
  6. Using J 38185 slide the hose clamp down the hose to remove the hose.
  7. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the engine.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 69929 Size: SH
  1. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the engine.
  2. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
  3. Using J 38185 slide the hose clamp into the original position on the hose.
  4. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.
  5. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
