The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
A/C compressor continuously runs.
Recommendation/Instructions:
This is a normal condition and no parts should be replaced. Once the A/C compressor is turned on, it will stay on in all HVAC modes until key is cycled.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
