Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to SIR Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1214084 Size: SH
  1. Remove the driver side front seat cushion assembly. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  2. Remove the driver side seat trim panel. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the memory seat control module (2).
  4. Remove the fasteners  (3) that retain the memory seat control module to the drivers side seat trim panel.
  5. Remove the module from the driver side seat trim panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1214084 Size: SH
  1. Install the memory seat control module (2) to the driver side seat trim panel.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fasteners (3) that retain the memory seat control module to the driver side seat trim panel.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connectors to the memory seat control module.
  4. Install the driver side seat trim panel. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement .
  5. Install the driver side front seat cushion assembly. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  6. Calibrate the seat. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
