Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the power port from the front seat storage tray. Refer to 12-Volt Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement - Front Seat .
  2. Remove the front seat cushion assembly from the front seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 630198 Size: SH
  3. Peel the seat adjuster skirting material (2) from the front seat adjuster (1).

    4. Object Number: 630185 Size: SH
  4. Remove the retainers (1) from the front seat storage tray (2).
  5. Remove the front seat storage tray (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 630185 Size: SH
  1. Install the front seat storage tray (2) to the front seat adjuster.
  2. Install the retainers (1) in order to secure the front seat storage (2) tray to the front seat adjuster.

    3. Object Number: 630219 Size: SH
  3. Install the front seat skirting (1) to the seat adjuster (2).

    4. Ensure the cut-outs in the front seat skirting (1) are aligned with the holes on the front seat adjuster (2) and the front seat skirting (1) is secured in place on the seat adjuster.

    Important: If the seat skirting (1) will not stick to the seat adjuster (2), secure the seat adjuster skirting (1) with duct tape.

  4. Install the seat cushion assembly to the seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  5. Install the front seat storage tray power port. Refer to 12-Volt Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement - Front Seat .
