Battery Voltage: The scan tool displays 9.0-16.0 volts. This is the state of charge of the vehicles battery.
Door Lock Actuator Cmd.: The scan tool displays Off/Lock/Unlock. This is the lock/unlock output from the driver door switch (DDS) to the driver door lock actuator.
Door key Cyl. Unlock Switch: The scan tool displays Idle/Unlock. This is the unlock input to the driver door switch (DDS) from the exterior door key cylinder switch. When the key is turned to lock the door, the switch transition to the lock position is displayed as Lock.
Driver Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive, the driver door ajar switch input to the driver door switch (DDS), where an open door is displayed as Active.
Drvr. Door Unlock Cmd.: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the unlock output from the driver door switch (DDS) to the body control module (BCM) requesting all doors be unlocked. The DDS communicates with the BCM via GMLAN serial data. When the DDS communicates an unlock command over the serial buss the scan tool will display On.
Driver Door Open Sw.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive, the driver door open switch input to the driver door switch (DDS), where an open door is displayed as Open.
Ext. Trunk/Liftgass Rel. Sw.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. This is the input to the body control module (BCM) from the exterior trunk release switch. When the switch is activated to open the trunk, the scan tool will display Active.
Int. Trunk/Liftgass Sw.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. This is the input to the body control module (BCM) from the interior trunk release switch. When the switch is activated to open the trunk, the scan tool will display Active.
Left Rear Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Door Ajar/Door Closed. The left rear door ajar switch input to the body control module (BCM), where an open door is displayed as Door Ajar.
Passenger Door Ajar Sw.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive, the passenger door ajar switch input to the passenger door switch (PDS), where an open door is displayed as Active.
Passenger Door Open Sw.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive, the passenger door open switch input to the passenger door switch (PDS), where an open door is displayed as Open.
Passenger Door Open Sw.: The scan tool displays Open/Closed, the rear passenger door open switch inputs to the body control module (BCM), where an open rear door is displayed as Open.
Passenger Lock Actuator Cmd.: The scan tool displays Off/Lock/Unlock. This is the lock/unlock output from the passenger door switch (PDS) to the passenger door lock actuator.
Rear Doors Lock Cmd.: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the lock output from the body control module (BCM) requesting all rear doors be locked. The DDS communicates with the BCM via GMLAN serial data. When the DDS communicates an lock command over the serial buss to the BCM, the BCM responds by locking the rear doors. The scan tool will display On.
