Preliminary Procedure

1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling and SIR Disabling and Enabling .
2. Remove the front passenger seat. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .
3. Remove the front passenger seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Trim Cover and Pad Replacement .
4. Remove the seat adjuster from the seat cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .

Nut, Front Seat Heat and Cool Module (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
3 N·m (25 lb in)

Disconnect the electrical connector and remove from the bracket.
