SUBJECT: LABOR TIME GUIDE REQUEST FOR REVIEW UPDATE

This bulletin contains information on Labor Time Guide Requests For Review received between January 1, 1991 and March 15, 1991. We have received 62 requests, with 53 resulting in increased time allowances or new operations. These changes will appear in the 1991 LTG revision and are summarized on the attached sheets. Time increases are indicated as +, time decreases as -, no change as NC, and new operations as NOP.
