The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some crossover U-Vans with Continental tires may have a hard pull to the right and the front end alignment is within the manufactures specifications. Furthermore; the concern is still present after the front tires were swapped from side to side.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Replace the two front tires with the same size, brand and TPC specification and test drive the vehicle. The replacement tires will correct the pulling issue.
Note: GM Technical Assistance will only recommend tire brands with the appropriate TPC specification.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
