Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1547641 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right side instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to Knee Bolster, Insulator, Molding Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector (1).

    3. Object Number: 1547642 Size: SH
  3. Remove the blower motor screws (1).
  4. Remove the blower motor (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1547642 Size: SH
  1. Install the blower motor (2).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the blower motor screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.2 N·m (11 lb in).

  3. Connect the blower motor electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the right side I/P insulator. Refer to Knee Bolster, Insulator, Molding Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
