Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 629226 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate bezel . Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Grasp the headlamp switch and pull firmly to release the retaining tabs from the I/P carrier.

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp switch.
  4. Remove the headlamp switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 629224 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector to the headlamp switch.

    2. Object Number: 629226 Size: SH
  2. Position the headlamp switch to the retainers in the I/P carrier.
  3. Install the headlamp switch to the I/P carrier. Press the switch into place until fully seated.
  4. Install the I/P l cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
