Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 319664  Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument accessory panel trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement or to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement.
  2. Remove the radio screws.

  3. Object Number: 319670  Size: SH
  4. Pull the radio away from the instrument panel (I/P).
  5. Disconnect the electrical/audio electrical connectors from the radio.
  6. Disconnect the coaxial cable connector from the radio.
  7. Remove the radio.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 319670  Size: SH
  1. Connect the coaxial cable connector to the radio.
  2. Connect the electrical/audio connectors to the radio.
  3. Install the radio to the I/P.
  4. Important: If the radio locator tab is difficult to align to the I/P locator opening, pull the radio toward you and reposition the antenna cable.

  5. Align the radio control locator tab to the I/P locator hole while carefully pressing the radio into the I/P until fully seated.
  6. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  7. Install the radio screws.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the radio screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  9. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement or to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement.
  10. Perform the radio set-up procedure. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
