Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 621343 Size: SH
  1. Remove the screws from the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia and fender.

    2. Object Number: 621348 Size: SH
  2. Remove the nut from the stud at the rear of the front fender liner.

    3. Object Number: 621340 Size: SH
  3. Remove the nut from the stud at the front of the front fender liner.
  4. Remove the front fender liner.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 621348 Size: SH
  1. Position the fender liner to the fender, over the studs and behind the rocker molding.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the nut to the stud at the rear of the front fender liner.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the front fender liner rear nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the nut to the stud at the front of the front fender liner.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the front fender liner front nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).


    Object Number: 621343 Size: SH
  4. Install the screws to the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia and fender.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the front bumper fascia and fender screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
