Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2006 🢒 Rendezvous - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Cooling 🢒 Transmission Fluid Filler Tube Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the oil level indicator from the filler tube.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 3.5L engine and Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 3.6L engine.

    3. Object Number: 368795 Size: MH
  3. Remove the fluid filler tube nut from the EGR valve.
  4. Remove the fluid filler tube bolt from the transaxle.
  5. Remove the fluid filler tube.

Installation Procedure

    Important: Do NOT place the fluid filler tube seal on the fluid filler tube when installing the tube or damage to the seal will result.

  1. Install the fluid filler tube seal in the transaxle.
  2. Install the fluid filler tube.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 368795 Size: MH
  3. Install the fluid filler tube bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 13 N·m (115 lb in).

  4. Install the fluid filler tube nut.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 13 N·m (115 lb in).

  5. Inspect and adjust the fluid level as needed. Refer to the following information:

    •  Approximate Fluid Capacities
  6. Install the air cleaner assembly Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 3.5L engine and Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 3.6L engine.
