Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 83-50-25 (Section 5 --
Brakes)
An interim design change was implemented in production that reduces
the front brake pad lining material surface area.
This pad lining configuration change (1) has shown to provide a significant
reduction in brake squeal during light brake applications in comparison to
the original design (2).
The new service brake pad kits, indicated below, contain these new design
brake pad assemblies.
