Condition
Some customers may comment on a no start event.
Cause
GM Engineering is attempting to determine the root cause of a possible no start event and has a need to obtain information first hand from the servicing dealer. This information will be used to develop and validate a field fix for this condition. If a subject vehicle is brought in for service, perform the requested procedure below and contact the engineer as requested.
Procedure
Please refer to SI Document ID #1524445 titled "Engine Cranks But Does Not Run" and perform the procedure through step #7. AFTER you have recorded the Fuel Pressure readings, but PRIOR to any repair, please contact: Larry Yavoski 1-(248)-255-5505 .
