Remove Evaporator Core. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .

Heater and A/C Control Lamp Wiring Harness w/Evaporator Temperature Sensor.

Procedure

Pinch the Evaporator Temperature Sensor locator tabs together from the inside of the HVAC case for sensor removal.

Tip
The Evaporator Temperature Sensor is part of the Heater and A/C Control Lamp Wiring Harness and must be serviced as an assembly.
