Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Do not remove the console. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

  3. Object Number: 325453  Size: SH
  4. Remove the screws from the radio.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the radio.
  6. Remove the radio from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 325453  Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connectors to the radio.
  2. Install the radio to the instrument panel.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the screws to the radio.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the radio screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  7. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate without the console. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
