Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the driver's side instrument panel insulator. Refer to. Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

    3. Object Number: 179272 Size: SH
  3. Remove the stoplamp switch (2) from the brake pedal bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 179272 Size: SH
  1. Install the stoplamp switch (2) to the brake pedal bracket.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors.
  3. Install the driver's side instrument panel insulator. Refer to. Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  4. Adjust the stoplamp switch. Refer to. Stop Lamp Switch Adjustment .
