J 38778 Door Trim Pad Clip Remover

1. Use J 38778 in order to remove the insulator retainers from the right instrument panel (I/P).
2. Adjust the carpeting for access.



3. Disconnect the courtesy lamp from the I/P insulator by turning the lamp ¼ turn counterclockwise.
4. Remove the right I/P insulator.

1. Position the right I/P insulator to the floorpan beneath the I/P.



2. Install the courtesy lamp to the I/P insulator. Rotate the lamp ¼ turn clockwise to secure the lamp.




Important: Ensure that the right I/P insulator does not block the floor heater outlet.

3. Install the right I/P insulator retainers.
4. Return the carpet to the original position.
