BRAKE PULSATIONS KNUCKLE-TO-CALIPER CLEARANCE

We have heard of some instances regarding brake pulsations being repaired by turning the rotors. However, in these instances, there is no mention that the knuckle-to-caliper clearance, as outlined in the service manuals and service bulletin was checked. We suspect that the knuckle-to-caliper clearance is not being checked. It is essential that the clearance, as specified, be obtained or a repeat of this condition may occur.
